The Catholic Church apparently has a requirement that all priests must retire once they reach the age of 75.  Father Bob Maguire, a respected and much loved advocate for the homeless, has been asked to hand in his resignation by the time he turns 75 later this month.  On top of that, he must vacate his parish home one month after that.

What do you think of this situation?  Is it fair for the Catholic Church to have a mandatory retirement age?  Should they let someone like Father Bob work longer, perhaps until his death?
