What about we get say 10 together, buy a property and build. Make it so we have a comune garden, or such, a Dr Medicine (nah) a Sister, on site.

Make the Gov pay the wages, and settle after the last to go. Maybe take bets on that.

Hell they already do it and call it retirement village, but charge for the previlege
